How to get Heaps of views on Youtube?

Well i just started making Lyric Videos on youtube and i was wondering how i can get people to like and subscribe to me.

Post your video links everywhere! On Facebook, Twitter, YouTube. Depending on who you're showing the video to, you might not want to tell them it's your own until they've watched it.

Add more tags to your videos. The more tags you have, the more often it will come up in search results. Some people even put tags that have nothing to do with the video, but are popular and will make their video come up more, such as a celebrity's name or a popular song title. I myself wouldn't do this, but it's up to you.

Put quality into your videos. People are most attracted to lyric videos that have: font that stands out (pretty, colourful, legible - AKA don't use Times New Roman), an interesting background that isn't TOO distracting, words that much up with the speed of the song, and CORRECT SPELLING OF LYRICS. If it is a duet song, try colour coding the lyrics to match who is singing what.

Make a video often and don't use that one channel for other unrelated videos. People won't bother subscribing to someone if they have to wait months for their next specific video. Also, try taking requests and fulfilling them quickly.
