An inform is when a player performs well in real life and recieves a special ultimate team card because of it with upgraded stats. New batches are released every Wednesday at 6pm UK time and announced at 3pm on EASPORTSFIFA's official twitter page.

These are the black players you are talking about, you cannot just turn them gold Sad
