wifi and 3G has suddenly stopped working on iphone 5?

My wifi and 3G suddenly stopped working last night for no reason? I cannot use my facebook or twitter apps or recieve emails.

Does anyone know why this has happened and how to fix it? thanks

i assume you have done the usual checks:
-- you're not in flight mode
-- you've rebooted
-- you are using the right password for the wifi
-- you have paid your mobile bill (i.e., your carrier hasn't dumped you off)

can you make calls?
