What would you say back. Friends or Not?

hey, I moved to nz a year ago,before i left i had a going away party and not one of my mates turned up. it was 45mins drive from where they lived and they all made excuses. One of my so called friends got an iPhone 4s and and shes keeps saying ill set up Skype soon I've being hearing this for 2 months now and she still hasn't Skyped me. she was meant to viber me today and she face-booked me saying her viber is disconnected but she can still go on Facebook. She keeps saying shes busy. she works only 2-3 days a week. I'm just so sick of her excuses. So could ye write me back a message for me to say it to her. Any advice? What would ye do?

you can say something like
hey, I'm sorry if I'm taking this the wrong way, but for the past two months you've been telling me you're going to install Skype, and sure, things happen, but it shouldn't take 2 months. Do you actually not want to be my friend, and you're staying around because you feel bad for me? Or what? Sorry, if I took this the wrong way, but if you relaly don't want to be friends, can you say so, so I can stop lingering and hoping for you to Skype me?

Dude... stop talking to all them. If it was your GOING AWAY PARTY because you was moving, and none of them showed up... I mean think about it... you're going away party, and they didn't show up... the last time your "friends" would hang out with you (for a while anyway), and didn't show up... man, they prolly didn't like you... beyond that, she is making no effort to talk to you or Skype with you.

Dude, these people ain't your friends... just delete them off Facebook and have them wondering why... don't make a conversation out of it, don't confront them about "not being there for you"... just delete them and get on with your life.
