LOGGING INTO FACEBOOK?
I never had problems logging into face book. Recently through on-line advertisement I scanned my computer with AVG (Free Edition). Ever since then Face book has locked me out. Each time I tried to log in a RED pop-up notice said RESTRICTED. another line said that my computer was infected and that I should turn on my anti virus. It has been about a month and I am still locked out.

Has any one ever faced this problem? Can someone help? There is no way I could contact the people at face book and the people at AVG do not seem to be able to do much. I have also scanned my system many time and each time the result showed no infection.

What did you scan it with? You probably downloaded a fake anti-virus through that online advertisement.

Download MBAM http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Run a full scan and it should pick up an infection if you have one.

Also, I suggest using Avast Free Home Edition as your Anti-virus. It's WAY better than AVG Free Edition.

Every time they offer something free thru a pop-up you should
close it as fast as you can, because they will screw up your
computer for sure.Go to start=control panel=programs and features
install unistall programs= look for avg click on it to unistall it and
re start your computer
Then download this free program and run it, it will get rid of all
the junk you may have and will also clean your registry, run it
once a month afterwards http://ccleaner.com
