Is there a way for someone to know that you viewed their Facebook page?

Not at all. This is considered privacy invasion. Facebook doesn't allow people to know who views his/her page.

Facebook does not allow users to track profile views or see statistics on how often a particular piece of content has been viewed and by whom without your consent.

Facebook does not provide a functionality that enables you to track who is viewing your profile, or parts of your profile, such as your photos. Third party applications also cannot provide this functionality
