What to do about my break up with the girl I care so much about ?

So my ex and I had dated for about a year. We met at a party a couple semesters ago. About a month ago after New Years we got into a fight due to her deleting a sweet comment by me I posted on her Facebook as she was leaving for vacation.

Before this, she had been hiding her phone and was talking about me to her friends. I asked her why she deleted my post and since she did for her to send something to me now. She refused to send me a tweet or anything so we broke up.

Since she got back from vacation she ignores me and only texts me when she is lonely or misses me. I've seen her once since our break up but this past weekend when I went home she really blew me up sending pictures of her and I together to me and told me she missed me so much and wanted to try to forgive and forget. Now I'm back at school and when I asked if she wanted to see me she said not tonight or I'll let u know. Now she says she's confused and it's hard for her to forgive. I need advice, What should I do?
