Is it possible to unblock someone on Instagram?

Hi guys,
I was on Instagram liking my friends photos,when I accidentally blocked them. Is there any way I can unblock them????

How do I block or unblock someone?
To block or unblock someone:
Go to their profile by tapping at the bottom of the app and searching for their name or username
Tap (iPhone) or the three dots (Android/Windows Phone) in the upper-right corner of their profile
Tap Block User or Unblock User

Yes if he/she has liked or commented on a photo of yours. If they have then find it and click on their profile, after that there should be a button on the top right corner click it and it says unblock, click that and you're good to go.
