The kids at my school create facebook pages dedicated to embarrassing people, can anything be done about it?

so a few of the kids at my school put together a facebook page where they call themselves 'trolls' and put meme captioning on people's photos without their knowledge, (gay slang, racist slang, kids with disabilities), and claim that they're practicing the first ammendment and that whoever opposes the page needs a sense of humor or needs to not be 'butthurt.' it's frustrating, and i need to know if there is anything i can do to make it go away.

gather the people they embaress and report the page if many people do this facebook will close the page
