All my twitter followers and the poeple i was following are gone, why?

I had 19,000 followers and i was following more then 500 people, they are all gone!!! Anybody help!
How can i submit a ticket?

Twitter is Social Network website which has some guidelines for using. Here is quick view
Daily Twit Posting Limit: 1000
Daily User Following Limit: 1000 Only until you have 2000 Followers
Daily Unfollow limit: 100
Direct Messeges Limit : 500

If you have crossed limits or you have used third party application which is suspicious then you may get banned on twitter. I you think you have did nothing above this then Just go to support page and submit the ticket Twitter will solve issue and will ask u to agree terms again your followers and twits will not go anywhere you will get them back 100%
