My friend lied to me about these things. Should I still be friends with him?

He lied to me saying that the baby wallpaper on his phone was his baby brother when i asked if it was his son.. then when i texted him if he had a facebook, he said no and that facebook is lame.Another thing he lied about was that he doesn't have a gf. Well, the other day I was looking at some girl that used to go to school with facebook profile and i found out she was married, had a baby with my friend! I was like wtf. He has a facebook, a baby, and a gf/wife. I'm confused why he would lie about all that when we just met a week ago and we are just friends. I'm not interested in him at all and I feel really bad for his girlfriend. I never even talked to her really but I just know her from school. I wish I could warn her but then again, we dont know eachother so it would be weird..plus he's my friend. He took me out to the movies last night and I had fun. I just want him as a friend, but then again I know hes been lieng to me. What do you think I should do? Should I confront him? I really want to but I dont know

tell him you KNOW he is lying and you demand the truth because if he is going to lie about having a FB can you IMAGINE what else he'll lie about???
