HELP MY TWITTER IS STUCK ON PRIVATE?

somehow i made my twitter private and i cant unprivate it. Ive tried everything on settings. and when i research it everything says to go to some checklist... WHAT CHECKLIST. i should mention that i have an iphone and an ipad so if it only works on a computer or something please let me know. oh and the question is how do i take it off of private?

Well, on a mobile device I can't seem find the option to do so.
However, on a computer you can take it off private.

Go to settings > Account > Scroll down to Tweet privacy > uncheck
