Can someone help me with Chrome/youtube/facebook?

I enjoy using Chrome and I don't want to use any other browser. Yet I still have a problem that hasn't been fixed. When I am on Youtube, I can't like, dislike, comment or reply at all (I can like/dislike videos). I have tried to enable 3rd party cookies, I have no extensions, I have google+ linked, and I have only tried with the new comments/videos.

When I am on facebook, I can do everything normally. When I am on a sub-page, such as Damn lol, I can't like or share.

When I am on either of these sites and I try (and fail) to like, share, etc; I get a pop up that goes away about 2 seconds later. I thought it might be the browser, so I deleted and re-downloaded Chrome to see if it would work... it didn't.

I have had this for a couple months and I am quite frustrated. I have checked forums and other answers as well as educated people in person to no avail. I just want someone to help me fix this. Any help would be appreciated. I was able to print the screen when the window popped-up, hopefully it helps.

Google chrome has some issues lately.
You have to uninstall it manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.

After reinstalling it, it will work fine.
