Can I know if a blocked friend on facebook reads my message?

I have a friend that blocked a guy on facebook. But before that she sent a last message and everytime it stands that the message is "seen". I told her it was the first time he saw it so it's standing "seen" for that but she said everytime it's a different time. One day it was 10.00 and then 07.00 or something.

So really wanted to know if you can still know whether the blocked person still looks at your messages that has been sent or not???

Yes they can read private messages if you send it . But they cant see your profil
