How do I advertise my facebook page?

I started a facebook page for my youtube and I don't know how to advertise it... or my youtube for that matter xD I figure if I get one to start getting views/subscribers/likes then the other will be affected positively too Anyway if you guys have any ideas that would be awesome Thanks for your help

For Youtube Videos:
1. Share videos on your facebook page.
2. Use related tags as many as possible.
3. Chose the best thumbnail for your video (Custom thumbnails is only an option for partners who are having an active AdSense account linked to their YouTube channel. For all non-partners and partners whose AdSense account got disabled or terminated will only have the choice between 3 still images).

For facebook page:
1. Mention your page link in the description of your youtube videos.
2. Invite all your friends to like your page.
3. Post interesting contents/photos on page and tag your friends, So that your page will be seen by the friends of your friends.
4. Comment on other pages by login as page. but do not overdo it, else it will be counted as spam.

If you cant spend money, you will have to spend time.
