I haven't talked to him like pretty much all winter break. He doesn't use social media or any of that just his Xbox... we live in the same apt complex but I'm always out somewhere and when I am at home I usually just sleep. I miss him... I saw him earlier cause I drove by in the car and he was standing outside doing something but I'm not sure if he saw me

Just show up at his door and talk to him. If you are dating hin it really shouldn't not be that hard to talk with him. Its not like he's gonna crucify you for talking to him. Either that or leave him a letter at his door. Old fashioned but it works.
