Well this is indeed the hardest question
first u need to have an e-mail id any domain would work like yahoo,gmail etc.
then go to fb.com and fill the details in front of u where SIGNUP is written finally click SIGNUP it may ask you additional details once you sign up upload a profile pic and you are done

→your email
→re-enter your email adress
→write your password
→ Your sex: Female or male
→put your birthday
→click sign up
3. Type the Security Check (Enter both words below, separated by a space.) and click sign up again.
4. from there you are done. most of the things that it will ask you are your personal information.
School where you go to, country and to upload your picture. But you can skip those and do it later.

5. Check your email for the email verification and click the link that there tells you.

its too easy to create an account on Facebook.
1. Just open the web page-www.facebook.com,
2. on the right hand side there is sign up option there you feel in all your details and add a password wch no one can crack,and then click sign up.
3. then it will ask u to fill up the security code just fill in that and then again click on sign up.
4. it would then ask you the wa yin which you would like to recieve a msg-if you have a cell phone give it coz it will be good to receive all the notifactions and you can also be connected through your mobile phone and then just do as the sight says soon you ll get your own home page created where later on you can fill in all the details...add a photo and start facebooking
