How can I embed a social map for my website?
I am moving from NC to Oregon with some friends in July. I have launched a website, Facebook page, and Instagram account in the name of getting our move out there. I would like to know if there is something out there that will allow me to embed a "social map" for the main page of my website.

A map of the US that would include check-in's "pins" that we make on Facebook and pins that drop, using the geolocation info from pictures we upload.

Does this exist? Or, can somebody help me point me in the right direction for developing this?
