Can you help me with these sentences please?
1. Today I will sleep around the time of sunshine.
2. I will go back home at half of January. Or I will go back home at the middle of January.
And I have another question, what does "do squats" mean? I read that phrase on twitter many times.

2. You should probably use "I will go back home around the middle of January."

"Squats" are an exercise. You "do squats" as a form of physical exercise.

1. It's not clear what you are trying to express with that sentence. The phrase "around the time of sunshine" is not something anyone would say. Perhaps, and this is only a guess, you mean:
Today I will sleep during the daytime.
2. ... in the middle of January.

"Squats" is a type of physical exercise. So, to do squats is to have an exercise workout session where you do that particular exercise. You could probably search for youtube videos that demonstrate it.

1. No good. The meaning is unclear.Try "Today I will go to sleep at sunrise." Or, "Today I will sleep during the day."
2. The second sentence is better.
3. Squats are an exercise for the lower body, but if they wrote " doing squat", that means doing nothing (slang).
