What's the best way to bid a spiritual farewell to people you've known for eight years?

oh my goodness!!!! we're not even contacts and you're making me want to reach for that black armband i wore on campus the day freddy mercury died.... i have liked seeing around and you will leave a gap, one less smile, one less thought triggered.

you take good care of yourself and be well, and hey, thank you for having been you Smile

ok, sod it, i'm just gonna hug you (((off my meds))).

I am really going to miss you and wish you all the best. Only been on here for 1.5 years and my day is coming too because going to school and keeping up with this is too much for me. Going to connect with you on face book but not allowed to add friends. Please look for me on Uncle Wayne's face book page and then we can still talk. Hugs <3

It is odd how some people are still getting the old format while others are getting the new one in International forums. My Canada went purple this morning.

I agree with your sentiments about YA in general and about this horrible new format. I'm been here about the same time and seen you around - you are one of the people that still make it fun - occasionally. I've almost gone a few times (didn't bother for over a month or so at one point), and eventually they will chase me away for good as well.

Best of luck if you do ship off.

I will really miss you.
Please reconsider.

Has anyone thought of gathering signatures on a petition asking the Yamster to reconsider their poorly thought out new format?

Many Blessing!

End of an era I guess.

Will probably still check email periodically, at least until they bork that.

Canada still hasn't gone to the new format.

If you don't want to leave, don't. The new format is far superior to the old format in terms of making large amounts of information easily accessible. It only takes a few minutes to learn how it works. My only complaint is that you no longer see individual avatars in the main R&S page.

A brave man once requested me
To answer questions that are key
Is it to be or not to be
And I replied 'Oh, why ask me?'

'Cause account deactivation is painless....

;o)
