Looks real to me. But you never know. Be careful what you put on there because people can report you for these kind of things. Make sure you have no crude or bad pictures. Happy New Year!

how to tell:
typos/awkward phrasing
odd font in the copyright area
requiring you to enter in facebook login info in the app

if this was really from facebook, the message would have perfect spelling and grammar, the font wouldnt look so weird, nor would there be a fake barcode, and they wouldn't ask for your username and password-they already have it, they have no need to ask for it.

This isn't just someone trying to scare you either, this is whats called phishing.

Phishing is when someone poses a legitmate company/person in order to obtain personal details about you, in this case, your facebook account.

report the message and delete it.

edit again: braini is referring to something else that is official and from facebook, and while its kind of dirty and underhanded on facebook's part, its legit. This is not from facebook.

Security folks just came out with a huge warning - this is nothing but a phishing attempt - BY FACEBOOK. Do NOT go there to "fix" your stuff, as your security stuff is fine. Facebook is trying to get additional info from the fools that try to "fix" their security info.

Don't bother.
