Twitter: If I can't find someone's account or previous tweets..?
If I can't find someone's account or previous tweets through someone else's profile, like if they disappeared..does it mean the person deactivated their account?


..What else possibly?

They probably deactivated it or their account was suspended.Those are the only two reasons why I think this is happening.
