how can i help my friend?

So my friend has a rough life. When she was younger her dad tried to force her into drinking alcohol and doing drugs and other illegal stuff. So that kinda ruined her life. And she has had many threats to be put in a foster home. Her sister and mom got in a fight and is supper afraid that her sister is going to do something stupid (like call the police on her). her sister would do stuff like that. we are talking on Facebook now and i need to comfort her in some way or make her less worried! How can i help her?! thank you everyone it means a lot

Not really sure, you could invite her to stay with you for a while.

comfort her in real life not over facebook, it means a lot more face to face. You can tell her that, that part of her life is over and she needs to move on from it.
