Can you get sued for mentioning facebook in a feature film?
I know you can mention movies but not show advertisements for them or a logo, and you can't show company logo's... but can you get in legal trouble for a character saying "I'll talk to you on facebook tonight?"

I don't think you can unless Facebook makes it an issue.
To me that like someone saying: "I gotta check my Yahoo email." "I am waiting for FedEX to get my order." "Hope AT&T doesn't mess up my overseas call." Ads |

The social network mentioned facebook once or twice. No legal action has been taken.
So it should be fine. |
