motivation to live ?
When i go to bed every night i wish i would not wake up in the morning. Life is too difficult so is suicide. I don't have the energy to do either.
I neither have the confidence nor the motivation to lead on with my life.
When all my friends took up jobs, i wasted 2 yrs preparing for stupid b school exams .i failed horribly.for the past year , every morning was a fight. Getting out of the bed required an hr. Long pep talk to myself.
Now am left with failure in all aspects of life social , family , career all in a rutt.
I don't have the confidence to get up again. I just wish this gets over soon. I want to change this miserable life of mine but don't know where to begin or actually how to go through with the days with zero confidence and absolutely no ambition.

It is not too late for you. Uoi can go far, you can find motivation and drive towards a greater ambition.
Lets start with one step at a time.

We are going to focus on your body because a healthy body = a healthy mind.

1. Your diet, eat healthily and drink plenty of water. Write down a food diary and actively seek out improvements however have a night off every two weeks where you eat what you want to retain motivation.
2. Start by going on walks and change that to runs, if you have access start weight lifting.

After these changes you should start to realise that you have a reason to get out of bed, you have improvements to be made. And from the exercise and healthy eating you will realise that you have much more energy. This energy must be utlised.

1. You can look for a job or Apprenticeship depending on your age.
2. Retake your exams and revise for them as hard as you can using that same determination that got you in shape!
3. you may not be ready for this stage yet so you can find something that you love, whether it be swimming, boxing, playing an instrument and persue it.

Now that you have a healthy body and have proven to yourself that you have the motivation to succeed you may face set backs for example job rejections (happens to us all) However you will eventually find something, if you lack experience volunteer! Do what you can do to gain the experience, Working for free is better than not working at all in my opinion and it gives you a chance to meet new people.

I advise signing up to LinkedIn (A business facebook account) and networking. Arranging to meet people and discuss potentially you working for them. Getting to know people on a personal level is a great advantage.

I too feel shy and nervous sometimes, and find it hard to overcome. However I know that we can overcome it through hardwork and determination.

Goodluck and remember you do have a reason to wake up, you have much to prove... Prove to yourself most importantly!

Unless your 99yrs old you still got plenty of time to turn it around day by day. You might be a couple of years behind others but if you work at it you'll make it too. Maybe change some things in your life.

Alright I'm getting tired of you asking these stupid question Wink this is, what, your third question like this? What you need is a hobby. That might solve your problems. find something you absolutely love to do besides watching TV or play video games. Go outside of your comfort zone. Start exercising, this include just playing a game of basketball, tennis, or even soccer with your friends. Go take city art classes, karate classes, even fencing classes.

What you need to do is keep your mind occupied so you don't need to feel this way. This could be why you feel so depressed. You have a void in your life and you need to fill it.

But make sure you fill the void without doing something stupid. Be smart. Heck, go to church and see if accepting Jesus Christ would help. Worked for me.
