new laptop, apps not working (windows 8.1)?
yesterday i got a new laptop. it's a dell that uses windows 8.1. i downloaded 3 apps from the store (facebook, netflix, and twitter). none of them work. they ask me to log in, i put in my information, and then it says there's an error and to try later.
i've already tried rebooting, and uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. neither helped.
i'm pretty pissed, considering this is a brand new computer.
i downloaded chrome because i can't stand internet explorer. could that be interring? with netflix it says there's a network connections, but from what i can tell, the connection is fine.

Especially check your antivirus software and sync settings.

can you do windows update and then try,or all dell systems have default factory image please restore your system to factory settings and then install the software's.
