how to choose right therapy?
ok, im 23 years old. im not a native english speaker, so dont judge.

i suffer from depression, anxiety and such....

i 've already been to 2 psychologists. unfortunately, they didnt make me feel any better.
my mood and thoughts always depend on what people say to me.
today people at work made fun of me...
it happens a lot, so , all i wanted to do is just DIE. i seriously dont see point in living.
i dont know what i want to do wit my life. i dont have friends., i dont have a boyfriend.
i look weird, and i STUTTER. i hate my stutter.

i feel like nobody needs me.

i dont understand in these things.
so, im asking it here, what kind of therapy can i get? Besides a one on one conversations with a psychologist.....

psychology and counselling is very hit and miss - you can always request to see a different one. I think basic counselling - just havin someone listen and sympathise - is better than psychotherapy..

Do you have any family members you can talk to?
Focus on building your self esteem - you are not alone in how you feel you just need to start valuing yourself. I believe everybody is needed - you make a difference in the world just being you. Try some voluntary work so you see that you are needed and makin a difference and join support groups for people who feel the same - eg: there is a group on Twitter called illhueminati who have a lot of depressed followers - they support and sympathize with each-other through art and poetry - don't know if you're interested in that but its worth a look.
Good luck, stay strong and remember you are needed and probably worth more than a million of those twats you work with x

You do know psychologists are'nt going to cure or heal you of your disease. They honestly just listen to you and give you tips to keep you from killing yourself. If they cant help they just give u drugs.

You can get help for your stuttering from The Stuttering Foundation. They have free ebooks and online videos produced by speech therapists who are specialists in treating stuttering.
