my sister always talks about me behind my back, spreading rumors about me behind my back. is quite bad stuff that she says about me.

what can i do ? its making me really depressed and anxious. i feel like i cant do anything

my mum has nothing to do with her after a big argument

i am scared this is going to ruin my life.

like if i get a boyfriend she might add him on Facebook and tell him lies about me, and he might believe it


i just cant cope with it, what am i supposed to do?

Call your sister out on it. Tell her to stop. If she refuses, or does it again, then maybe she doesn't deserve to be your sister. I'm usually not one to promote family separations, but if you are constantly being bullied by her, it just isn't worth it.
