Hi there, I'm a freelance photographer with experience in food photography. I'm currently working with the Prince's Trusts enterprise programme and was wondering if any of you with a café or restaurant could help by filling out my questionnaire.

Id recommend you put your survey up on survey monkey and go to a relevant forum to invite people to take part. I'd also get some people to run throu your survey on a test basis as it doesn't really read that well (I can see why you're asking the questions) as its best to make it easy for people to complete.
