I have no access to reset my password for instagram?
my facebook is not wirking I am not getting any emails to reset my password I am locked out of it, there is no way I tried everything emailing calling but not getting a hold of anyone can some one please help me with this

there should be a "forgot password" link you can click - you will need access to your real email account and not just your facebook account
