how to find what email you were using on instagram?

I was using instagram on my phone and ipad and i opened it suddenly it said they reset my password or something but i forgot what email i used for the account and obviously can't open mine
does anyone know how I can find out specifically ?

Unless you can find an email from Instagram that contains this information you're out of luck.
