How to get a refund from Yahoo Store?
A friend of mine ordered something from a website which has been online for years, and the website just went down today. He just placed the order a few days ago and now the website has one of those front pages now like it's just a domain up for sale. I checked the cache for the page and it turns out it uses Yahoo Store for its sales. The domain is down but the Yahoo Store is actually still up and you can still place orders at checkout. So my friend was charged and is worried that the company just died or something and he got ripped off. I think he used debit so he can't dispute it with the credit company. I'm trying to help him out, and I'm wondering if Yahoo has any control over the refunds with these stores or if that's entirely up to the business.
