Make a new email address write down a password for the email address something random and long like "hquwheuy783ye9728h728hf98fszf" set your facebook to that email, confirm it and burn the paper with the password on it, and so the same for your facebook account, now u can never go on facebook even if you wanted to.

If you just want to disable it:
Login to your account at Facebook.
In the upper right corner, click 'Account' and then 'Account settings'.
Click 'Deactivate account'.
Select a reason and check the box 'Opt out of receiving future emails from Facebook'. This means they won't spam you with e-mails about the activity of your friends. Once done, hit 'Deactivate My Account'.
To reenable your account, simply login with your e-mail and password and follow the instructions.

in mail, go down the left hand side to find "facebook" you'll see a little lightning bolt type icon . there, see if you are signed in. If so, sign out there.. See if that helps.

You can either deactivate it or permanently delete it. This guide will show you how to do any of those two things:

Good luck!
