Why hasnt a country like China started gentic engineering of human super geniuses yet?

If we can turn a wolf into a grey hound 100's of years ago and great the highest IQ humans on earth through an unnatural selection (certain types of jewish people are the highest IQ people on earth, not a regular jew though)

Then surely with Chinas lack of morals and ethics and total control over its people and laws etc why the hell arnt they creating a new breed of super geniuses?

Think of the break through's we would have as a species if we had 1000 Einstein's or 300 geniuses much smarter than Einstein working on solving the various human problems.

In my honest opinion it would be unethical not to create these people, since they can potentially cause so many good and positive changes so fast.

no body has iq greater than other. every one has got his own talent and if some one practice it no one can compete with him. in other words it is practice that makes man genius not genetic engineering.

Oh, we have them but they're not politicians.
Social media, file sharing, microcomputer operating systems, cellphone systems, the next generation of microprocessors -- all evidence of geniuses on the job.
It may take a peculiar set of circumstances for a genius to stand out as much as Einstein or Hawking though.

Here you are; criticizing or should I say indirectly insulting the intelligence level of at least two races. Meanwhile your intelligence level seems to be below average.

First of all, I don't ever recalling any human technology turning a wolf into a greyhound. Grey hounds are dog. Wolfs are wolfs. Wolfs and dogs evolved from the same ancestors, but dogs did not evolve from wolfs. I have no idea where this even came from. A scientific advancement this big, I'm sure it would be a popular topic but I have not heard much outside of forcing an animal to become another other than in fictional stories relating to chimeras.

Just because you do not agree with a country's ruling does not mean they lack morals and ethnics.
You know who hacks morals and ethics? Hitler, executing a race "because he hates his mom for leaving him". China's government system is looked down upon by other countries, because its different. But hey you know something? The country has order, they have a strong military, a strong economy one that is even better than Americas. That is much better than a majority of the world but this doesn't label them as unmoral or unethical. To say this based on your own belief is a matter of opinion, but racist and there will be people who are offended.

Eugentics is an interesting field regarding this topic if you're interested in looking into it. But in my personal opinion, I believe no country really attempting this idea, because aside from the obvious that many countries will object and question it. We all know that it can be a disaster. If you've seen movies where super races are created, or taken over the world; I'm not implying this is true but in every single one it is depicted as an disastrous utopia where everything is so perfect its just wrong.

This topic is similar to the abortion controversy, some people believe its immoral whereas others see no problem with it. However, creation of a super-race means discrimination against those that society deems "lower". What will happen to these people? Exiled? Killed? Murdered? or just humiliated for the rest of their lives because they weren't born into societies expectations? This is why we have laws protecting the disabled and equality for all races.
I see where you're coming from but I don't agree with your argument at all, no society will ever be perfect. There will always be diseases, need for technological advances, warfare, problems even beyond human control. Problems always have to exist, as much as we hate it, but it is part of the "order" implemented on society. A problem exist and we attempt to find a solution for it, that is what drives a society.

The cons of this situation is more severe than the pros.
