I'm doing an article about that & I have to obvious questions like why don't you have a facebook & do you ever feel like your missing out because you don't have one. but what are other questions to ask that are maybe more specific? thanks!

Do your friends and relatives have Facebook accounts?
Do you have access to the internet readily available to you?
Did you ever have a Facebook account in the past?
If so, why did you choose to delete it?
Do you feel that you are technically inclined? Or does technology frustrate you?
Are you, or were you ever, a part of any other social networking site? Myspace? Twitter?
Do you use email to contact people?
Do you own a cell phone and/or text friends and family?
Do you know many people in other towns/cities that you find it difficult to stay in contact with, or are most of your friends and family local?
Do you feel comfortable with the idea of your pictures and personal information being online?
Are you aware of the different levels of privacy settings on Facebook and other networking sites?
Is there anyone that you are afraid may track you if you put your information online?
Do you trust the government to not take advantage of networking sites, or are you afraid that they may track citizens through them?
How much free time do you have in a usual day? Do you spend any of that time on the internet?

Um... I think that's a start. I tried to include questions that would possibly cover the different reasons people choose not to get Facebook. Some people can't, some people are secretive, some paranoid, some don't have a use for it, some don't have the time.
