Twitter password help?

Okay so i ahve a twitter and i can access it from my ipod (i used to be able to in my phone but i updated it :/) and i think someone has hacked my twitter and changed the password? like ill sign in (on the computer) and put in the correct Name and Password and it still says no. Also i sent one of them Password Recovery things to my email and it came up with a DIFFERENT Twitter user.. not mine! But im still logged on on my ipod.. but cant change the password! HELP?
