Should I dye my hair?

Should I dye my hair darker? A little redish? Please help. I play soccer and am more of the sporty type but still can dress cute. I am also wanting to cut it. Any ideas on what the style and look should be? I'm all in for dying hair, I do it all the time with crazy colors! But its a ton of work! Yes it looks amazing, but you will have to dye it every month, this isn't a one time thing, you'll have to keep it up. Also you will never have your natural hair color again, the only way you can get it back is to let it grow out, but you'll have to live with your roots showing.

If you're going to dye it I'd go redish. I love hair with a red color and its different, not something everyone has.

For a cut get something with layers. It will give you some body and movement. Plus layers and a face frame will give you a softer look.

Maybe even a cute side bang. It gives you a lot of hair style options. Plus if you don't want them in your face just pin them back, and if you really hate them they grow out pretty fast.

Even if you don't dye it, still get it cut. A new hair cut is always nice.
