Why did he delete me from Facebook?

Okay so I had a couple friends I hung out with introduce me to one of their friends who are in the military. Back in the summer when he was home for a little bit we hung out a couple times and we flirted and my one friend told me that he liked me and thought I was cute. He came home a couple weeks ago and we hung out once with our friends with us and ended up drinking too much and made out. He told me things like he thought about me all the time and was hoping he would see me again and that he thought i was beautiful. I texted him yesterday just to see where he was at with things and told me that he had a good time but was really drunk and wasn't thinking and not ready for a relationship and feels terrible that he led me on like that. I said it was no problem and that I understad. Then I go on facebook and I find out that he deleted me. What did I do wrong?

You did nothing wrong - he just feels bad because he thinks he led you onto believe it will create a relationship. Maybe you could try adding him again and see what happens?

However, my friend's boyfriend is in the military and has to have his facebook private and is only aloud to have his closest friend's on facebook for security reasons - that may be the reason.

But just add him and see if he accepts, I think thats the best you could do right now. But remember, you did nothing wrong.
