What is the name of this song?

It's a small piano piece on the end credits of the episode of The Walking Dead titled "Better Angels". I can't seem to find out what the name is. It's such a peaceful sound and always in my ear.

I don't watch the show, but I was looking for a soundtrack that included the song. This page says that version of 'Carl's Theme' and 'End of Innocence' might not make a soundtrack.
