Why isn't instagram refreshing on my iphone?
I have access with my phone provider to unlimited data but, i am out of town to a place where i can get on safari but can't access instagram because it won't refresh. Any ideas?

Instagram isnt working for me either , their was a storm in virgina and the power got knocked out so just be paient
