Why do Liberals always play the race card, like claiming this tweet about Obama was "racist"?

This tweet during the 2012 elections had nothing to do with race. It was clearly a disagreement about Obama's policies.

Is disagreeing with Obama's policies now considered to be "racist" by Libs?
