Is this an illegal thing to do?
If a girl is intimidating another girl at school so the victim gets photos from the bully's Facebook and starts showing them to other people.
The pics are of the bully partying and getting drunk. Ads |

No because the bully put them on Facebook her/him self so it's not illegal

Technically no the laws on internet freedoms are still very hazy because its still so new but say her facebook is not private or even if it is and your friend is friends with her in my opinion there is no expectation of privacy and if she put those pics up she wanted people to see them

Photos that you post on any public site or not private. The law says that there is on privacy in a public place. Simply showing or re posting public photos will not be a crime. For something to be against the law there will in some way have to be intent to do harm.
