if my Facebook is linked to my yahoo acount how can i reset my password to my faceebook if i forgot it?

If I was locked out my Facebook account but it is still linked to my yahoo account how can I get back in without my original passssword even after I tried to reset it... an it will not send me my login approval code because I no longer have access to my mobile device.... I have tried everything an can't figure out how to retrieve my own account . .

I've accidently deleted my Facebook look back video. It's gone. I need to get it back. I did watch it using Tube Mate. Please help!!

If you're logged out of your account and you can't remember your password:

You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you're logged into your account:

Click at the top right of any Facebook page and select Settings
Click on the Password section
Enter your current password and a new password and save your changes

Password Tips:

Use a different password than the ones you use for other sites or services
Make sure your password is long and strong: use a combination of at least 6 numbers, letters
and punctuation marks
Don't use words found in the dictionary
