How Do I create a Page on Facebook like this?

I am trying (without success) to create a facebook page for my business.

I want to be able to add friends, request friends and be friends with others, like this page: http://www.facebook.com/#!/mambo.torquay

Can anyone advise where to start??

The simplest way to create a page is:
1. Open an already created page on your PC. There you will see an option at the bottom like this "Create your own Page" or something like that.
2. Click on it and you see many options; Choose the Business one and name it according to your choice.
3. Upload a profile picture for the page.
4. After the page is created, you can invite your friends to the page.
