Just set my asus laptop back to factory what programs do you recommend I download?

I do not do much on my computer. Here are the main things I do.
1) Stream movies, tv shows, youtube videos.
2) download movies, and tv shows.
3) listen to music.
4) facebook
5) apply for jobs.

Any recommended apps.

Its an ASUS with an icore 3 and runs windows 7. First laptop I owned. A friend used it for a couple of years, and when he got a new laptop he gave me this one. I was told setting it back to factory would make it like a brand new laptop. Any advice appreciated.
Thanks for the advice. I ended up downloading VLC, Utorrent, Adobe, Google Chrome, Firefox, and webroot for antivirus.

Adobe, VLC media player, iTunes (even if you dont have an iPod, its useful) and either MSE or MalwareBytes

uTorrent to download movies ( check YouTube vids to see how)
Spotify or FrostWire
ANTI VIRUS!! It seems like you like watching free movies on sites (they will have virus!!)
