How to hide your activity in others news feed in facebook?

Once I commented on a health page something very personal & all my friends got it on their news feed despite me setting privacy to only myself nd none of them liking d page. Also I dont want everyone to know what I am commenting on my crush's post who is not at all related to my friends.Facebook had turned off user control over ones activity news in others news feed.Now everyone knows who I am becoming frnds with despite hiding friending activity(it just hides it frm ur wall,nt others feed).Any suggestions?

whenever you can post status and photos you can see design friends but you can choose "only me"then your friends don't see your status try it.

there is no way to turn that off - the whole purpose of facebook is to share your activities with your friends

the only option you have is adding certain people to your restricted list to hide all of your activity from them

There is No Way To Turn That Off Completely your Only Option is If you Have Certain People Who you Dont Want Seeing What you Do on There News Feed is to Add Them to the Restricted List Once you Have Done That Your Posts Wont Come Up On There Home Page
