Is anybody else having problems Facebook? 12/22/13?

Ok, so for the past hour or so, I've been having weird problems on Facebook,

I can't Post Statuses/Pics, Comment, Like and I'm not getting notifcations.

But I am however, able to send messages,

And on my other browser, when I try to login, it says Facebook is under maintenance.

But when I log in on with my old backup account, everything is fine.

So what could this mean?

Any feedback is highly appreciated!

Yeah I am too, in this part of the world you can't even use it or log onto the website
