How can I change my twitter password if I can't remember my email?
It has become very annoying because I forgot the email address and whenever I do get ahold of it an old twitter account pops up but that's not the one I need any suggestions?

You can't. Not knowing the credentials for the (old) Twitter account means that it is irretrievable.
