Facebook Deleting an Account questions?

So i want to permanently delete my account not if I sign in it will start where I left off kinda deal. I want it permanently gone no more Alyssa on facebook. Does this mean I delete my account on facebook then delete my email account? Will that work or if I ever signed in under that email address it would come back up as my facebook or even worse if someone else decided to use that email. ( it was made way back when, in the days where people made cute emails like snowpuppy1005@hotmail.com kinda deal.) if someone else takes over that email account if they go to set up a facebook with it will it default to my account?

I just want it to be gone forever is that possible or not so much?

You need to open the Account Preferences, and you can delete your account. Also, you can restore it.
