Do I have a chance of Facebook suspending my account?

"I put that I was older because my mom advised me to when I was making my Facebook account, now she says it's fine if I have my real age on there, that is the reason why I'm changing my age." That is what I put in the "reason for this change" in my "changing your birthday" page. I noticed that it said "Please note that providing false personal information, like a fake date of birth, is a violation of Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and may result in your account being suspended."
What are my odds of getting my account suspended, and for how long would it be?
